At HaimaChek, we restrict access to personal information to those who require it to develop, support, offer and deliver products and services to you.

HaimaChek retains the PII that it collects only for the period of time such information is required to achieve the stated purposes. Generally, the retention period, will not be greater than one year after you cease to access the site depending on the purpose and any regulatory or audit requirements.

HaimaChek uses and retains only your PII which is directly relevant to the purpose for which it is collected. This information is retained as you provide it but will be updated when you notify us of changes in order to maintain its accuracy.

You have the ability to edit, correct or erase your PII, at any time. To request such account maintenance, send your email request to gaines.carter@haimachek.com. Following your request for either type of data editing, your information will be changed in HaimaChek databases after we receive the information necessary to process your request.

 

How we share information about you with third parties

HaimaChek does not share personal information about our customers or subscribers with unaffiliated third parties for use in marketing their products and services. We may share personal information with the following entities:

  • Unaffiliated service providers (for example, printing and mailing companies, securities clearinghouses, and other entities who may provide services at HaimaChek’s direction)
  • Government agencies, other regulatory bodies and law enforcement officials (for example, for tax purposes)
  • Other third-parties, with your consent or as directed by your representative
  • Other organizations as permitted or required by law (for example for fraud prevention or to respond to a subpoena)

Our service providers are obligated to keep the personal information we share with them confidential and use it only to provide services specified by HaimaChek.

Based on the nature of your relationship with HaimaChek, we may exchange information with other third parties as described below:

  • If you conduct business with HaimaChek through your investment professional, we may exchange information we collect with your investment professional or with others they may authorize.

 

How we share information about you within HaimaChek

We may share personal information about you with various HaimaChek affiliates including internal service providers which perform, for example, printing, mailing, and data processing services.

Information collected from investment professionals‘ customers is not shared with HaimaChek affiliates for marketing purposes, except with your consent and as allowed by law.

When you use our web site, we may collect technical and navigational and location information, such as device type, browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on our digital offerings. We use this information for a variety of purposes, such as maintaining the security of your session, facilitating site navigation, improving HaimaChek website design and functionality, and personalizing your experience. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

HaimaChek collects PII when you register for a HaimaChek webcast, ask to receive a HaimaChek newsletter, or request HaimaChek information from sales, employment, investor relations or general inquiries.

By entering information into the HaimaChek website, you are consenting to allowing us to use your PII for the purpose related to the entry of the information (ex. receipt of marketing material, phone calls, etc.) and for surveys.

When you contact HaimaChek, we ask for your name, company, title, email address, physical address and telephone number.

HaimaChek automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address and the page you requested.

HaimaChek routinely collects information such as webcast time-stamps and logs events.

HaimaChek and our third-party service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to support the operation of our digital offerings.
